Mobility Training

No matter what your activity level, mobility training would improve the way you feel and move.  It's not sexy or exciting, it can be challenging and uncomfortable, but the rewards are worth it.

I have spent over 10 years focusing on mobility training, learning from various sources such as Kelley Starret, Shawn Mozen, Ido Portal, Andreo Spina, Christopher Sommer, Jozef Frucek, and other movement specialists.  Through my own practice I have tried to draw elements, from the methods of all these teachers, which have provided the most benefit for most people.

I would like to share some things that I have learned (and shared with others over the years) on this page through a series of YouTube videos.

It's important to start with the basics and be focused on the intention of what you are trying to accomplish.  Building a strong foundation will allow safer progression and better results.  The more your body can move freely and pain-free, the more fun life will be!
