- "The calm before the storm"
4 Rounds of:
  • 11 Dead Lifts  (160 lb)
  • 11 Push Ups
  • 11 Pull Ups  
  • 11 Thrusters  (65 lb)
  • 11 KB Swings  (24 kg)
  • 11 GHD Sit Ups  
  • 11 Power Snatches  (65 lb)
  • 11 Box Jumps
  • 11 Ring Dips 
  • 11 Double Unders 
  • 11 Burpees

- "Victory at 32:48"

This turned out to be harder than I expected. By the third round I was struggling for air, but pushed through and finished the 4th round faster than the third.

Completed the rounds at:
Round 1 - 5:53
Round 2 - 14:43
Round 3 - 24:00
Round 4 - 32:48

I plan to do better on this next year! :)

Here my rounds:

Round 1 - ~8:00
Round 2 - ~20:00
Round 3 - ~35:00
NO Round 4 !!!!

I know it was a tough one and I am happy that you tried it ... many people will look at this and say "I can't do that" or "That's too much"!

Congratulations on not avoiding it and doing your best. You now have a "benchmark" to compare to when you try it again next year. I am sure that if you continue pushing yourself for the next year you will do even better ... probably finish the 4th round in the same (or less) time that it took you to do 3 rounds this year. :)

Holy Smokes! That was a good one :-)

The whole fourth round for every excercise, my body did not want to do that! But me and Matty got through it today and I'm glad we did.

That was kind of the point for the workout ... to be a "battle" to the end.

I too was practically crawling through it for the last round and a half, my body saying "enough already" but telling myself to keep pressing.

We will do it together next year! :)
