I am back from my training vacation in Denver, and it was a great experience!
Awaken Gymnastics has an excellent program. I worked with several trainers and they were all very knowledgeable and focused on detail. I was challenged in many ways, discovered some areas of weakness that need a lot more attention, and learned a great deal.
I also got out to the mountains many times and enjoyed being in the fresh, high altitude air.
Glad to be back and ready to share what I learned!
