I have volunteered to be a Judge at this event.
Although I do not believe that training (itself) should be a competition, and I am not interested in competing myself, I do enjoy events of this nature where I can see those who wish to put their training to the test. It is always inspiring to see what people are capable of when they train well and challenge themselves!
This event will be taking place at the outdoor track at Mooney's Bay from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

It was fun to be involved at this event.
Hard working athletes and many exceptionally strong and fit Men and Women competing at the 1st Crossfit event of it's kind in Ottawa!
A big "thank-you" to Christine, Aimee, Nathalie, and Silver (from our gym) ... who also volunteered to work as Judges at the event.
