A double under is performed with a jump rope in which the rope makes two passes per jump instead of just one. It is significantly more effective than a single rope pass in that it allows for a higher work capacity.
It improves many general physical skills such as respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It takes a great deal of practice to improve ... if it was easy, everyone would do it!
