Wall-Facing Hand Stand
Start by coming part way up the wall and gradually move closer as you feel comfortable. Walk back out from the hand stand the same way you walked up, using your feet to walk back down.
Note: for safety, if you do not know how to roll out of this position, use a partner to spot you and prevent you from falling on to your back!
