Eat Your Way to a High-Energy Work Day

Thank you, Jeff, for the link to this interesting article on managing your energy levels through nutrition.

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" .... this is not a myth!  Breakfast forms the foundation for your energy levels.  Subsequent meals build on that to maintain your energy throughout the day.

Sweet! I just love waking up to my steak, potatoes with gravy and a hearty bowl of ice cream! Lol!

I'm just being a smart***. I was wondering though what your take on eggs is. This article suggest that they aren't harmful but they are packed with cholesterol. So if Monday to Friday, I'm waking up to 3 eggs, brown toast with peanut butter, distilled orange juice, yogurt and some bacon here and there, in your oppinion, will I see some negative effects long term?

Cholesterol in food is not the evil it was made out to be. You can refer to one of my earlier posts on the topic here:

I eat eggs almost every day, and I do not have a problem with high cholesterol!
