Crossfit Games

Crossfit has been growing by leaps and bounds in the last few years.  So much so, that the annual Games have become an international event.

Crossfit has always claimed that the training prepares athletes for the unknown and this year's games tested that claim.  The athletes did not know what they would have to do until minutes, sometimes seconds, before the event.  All manner of physical challenges were thrown at them and it was incredible and fascinating to watch these elite men and women rise to the occasion.

Don't be surprised if this annual event is televised on ESPN next year.  The popularity of this sport is increasing exponentially and there is a huge market for it internationally.  Just read this article from Forbes magazine.
