Warm Up - Mobility Drills

Strength - "In Order", 5 Sets:
  • Bench Press - 5 sets of 5 reps (up to 5RM)
  • (Weighted) Chin Ups  - 5 sets of 5 reps (up to 5RM)

MetCon - 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6 Reps of:
  • DB Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls
  • DB Push Presses
  • DB Alternating Lunges
  • N-Ups (weighted)
